Managing Director Nick Kemp was a keynote speaker at the Lighthouse conference on office design on 22 March, presenting a paper entitled “The Human Dimension – Collaboration”.

Based on his extensive experience in working with major international organisations in both the public and private sectors, he set out the trends in new collaborative working practices and knowledge management systems, and discussed the positive and negative issues arising from their introduction into organisation undergoing change.
