The offices at Westfield Road Edinburgh were developed to meet the growing demand for office space in the Edinburgh market. The building provides 15m wide subdivisible floor plates over three floors totalling approximately 4,200 sq.m of space constructed at a cost of £770sq.m. Whilst designed to be naturally ventilated the building is also designed to accommodate a cooling installation for individual user’s needs.
