The Cadogan Street customer support centre was the first of a number of similar projects that BDG McColl has undertaken for IBM, of up to 70,000 sq ft in size, including Greenock, Edinburgh Newcastle upon Tyne, and Manchester.
The Glasgow office provides accommodation for 106 support staff using 14 desks. This is a highly flexible environment providing storage for the team that operates from this office, as well as a meeting room, sales area, informal meeting space, and ancillary facilities.
