Grant Westfield’s new factory provides modern manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution facilities for their building products. In addition, the building accommodates offices, showroom, and workshops.
BDG McColl’s design for the new factory required part of the existing premises to be incorporated into the new building, whilst this was also kept operational. This required both careful planning and programming of the works.
