BDG McColl has undertaken various refurbishment projects for City of Edinburgh Council as part of a framework agreement for interior design and space planning. Amongst the work commissioned projects include the upgrading of office spaces within the listed City Chambers and adjacent buildings, including that for the leader of the Council, meeting rooms, a New Business Centre, upgrading and new access to the service entrance, and a new reception area. Similar work has been undertaken at Chesser House where work to the exterior, reception, and the Benefits Office have been undertaken
