BDG McColl was responsible for the design and implementation of two speculative office buildings at Broxden Business Park for KW Properties. The site is located in a prominent position adjacent to the A9, the buildings providing high quality flexible open plan space on two floors. Phase 1, finished in render, provides 23,000 sq ft of accommodation at a cost of £1.95million, whilst phase 2, finished in Trespa panels, has provided 24,500 sq ft for £2.3million.
